    This session aims to equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills and tools to positively engage with IRS Revenue Officers.  By understanding not only the Revenue Officer’s prime objective and challenges, but YOUR ability to influence the Revenue Officer’s perception of the case – you can effectively steer the outcome of the case and make them look forward to working with you!

    After participating in this session, practitioners should be able to:

    • Lead the Revenue Officer to YOUR desired case outcome
    • Clearly devise and articulate the plan of action for the case (with the client and RO) Develop and employ effective strategies to gain the trust, respect and support of the RO
    • Leverage tools to assist with analysis and case summary

    Speaker - Aiysha Hayes, EA

    Aiysha Hayes helps individuals and small business owners take their lives BACK from the IRS!  Those who are at odds with the IRS or simply can’t pay what the IRS is demanding find not only hope in a desperate situation – but real solutions to their tax problems.  In response to a strong need from an underserved market, Aiysha established Hayes Tax Relief, a division of Hayes Financial and Tax Services, LLC in 2014.  She holds the Certified Financial Planner designation, as well as the highest credential provided by the IRS, the Enrolled Agent designation (EA), which allows her to represent taxpayers in all 50 states.
